The xSystem 3.0+ uses a simple direct-to battery connection to power the reservoir unit, which allows the system to power on and off when you ride. You can also connect via a switched live or accessory manager. The reservoir holds enough Scottoil lubrication to keep your chain consistently lubricated and protected for around 1,500 miles (2,400km).
