Technology

  • 3 6mm reticulated high density foam positioned in pelvic and tail bones

Comfort Through Innovation

The Moto-Skiveez CRUISER pad is comprised of five layers; a base layer of malinga cloth, three different foam densities and a top covering infused with silver ions to inhibit bacterial and fungal formation.

It is manufactured with the firmest foam molded into an elliptical shape under the tail bone area and the left & right pelvic bones.

The front of the pad is contoured to extend forward on both sides in half-elliptical protrusions to fit under the bottom of the legs.

With more pressure on the tailbone area due to the legs being forward, this pad shifts pressure adsorption from the inner thigh to the center of the buttocks and lower thighs.

Also this pad is contoured to add comfort across the entire seating area. Because of this, this design serves as a universal comfort garment. It performs quite well for passenger riders as well as ATV riders.

This could be an unfair review, let me just explain what type of bike I ride, I have an Indian Chief Dark Horse Bobber, I picked it up in December last year, when I ordered the bike, I had a few mods done, one of which was changing the seat to a floating tractor seat. I think it was looks over practicality, this seat is like sitting on a slab of granite, hence why this review maybe unfair. However getting to the pants, It took me a while to decide on what I wanted, I did look at the Winx Wheels pant's fifteen quid something like that, verses these at sixty five quid. I thought that these must be better, a well-known brand. We went for a ride yesterday about 190 miles round trip, I knew I was going to have an issue the moment I put the pants on, it appeared that the seat of the pants didn't sit over my bum bone or the coccyx, it actually sat a lot lower, sure enough 30 miles in the pain started, I managed 38 miles before I had to stop, we eventually stopped 3 times on the way there and the same on the way back. My butt has never hurst so much, although my balls were kept fresh by the difference in material, no sweat, that worked brilliantly, I think the seat is just in the wrong place. Would I buy again, no definitely not, would I recommend, no I wouldn't, shame really because they look the part, but that for me is as far as it goes.
